Membership Rules and Regulations of the American International Diploma Institution
1. Compliance with Institutional Regulations
All members and affiliated organizations must comply with the official rules, regulations, policies, and standards of the American International Diploma Institution.
2. Protection of the Institution's Name and Logo
The use of the American International Diploma Institution's name, logo, brand identity, and institutional identity is permitted only with official written authorization and within the scope of the permissions granted by the institution.
3. Protection of Intellectual Property
The institution's curricula, educational programs, training courses, certificates, educational materials, and all academic content are the intellectual property of the American International Diploma Institution. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using them without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Professional Conduct
Members shall conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, honesty, responsibility, and respect toward others in all educational, training, and professional activities.
5. Accuracy of Information
All information and documents submitted to the institution must be accurate, authentic, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or forged information may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
6. Use of Certificates and Membership Identification
Certificates, membership cards, identification documents, and any official institutional documents are issued solely for their rightful holders and may not be transferred, altered, forged, or used by any other individual.
7. Protection of the Institution's Reputation
Members shall not engage in any activity that may damage the reputation, credibility, objectives, or public image of the American International Diploma Institution.
8. Right of Review and Membership Termination
The institution reserves the right to review any member's records, qualifications, and membership status at any time. Membership or authorization may be suspended or revoked if any violation of the institution's regulations is identified.
9. Confidentiality of Information
Personal information, institutional records, and confidential documents shall be protected in accordance with the institution's privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
10. Official Authorization for Institutional Use
Any commercial, educational, promotional, advertising, or public use of the institution's name, logo, curricula, educational programs, or official materials requires prior written authorization from the American International Diploma Institution.
11. Compliance with National Laws
If a member or authorized representative organizes or delivers any course, workshop, seminar, or training program that violates the laws, regulations, or official requirements of the country in which it is conducted, or operates outside the institution's approved policies and guidelines, the American International Diploma Institution reserves the right to immediately revoke the individual's membership or authorized representation.
12. Restrictions on Creating Official Pages and Accounts
Members and authorized representatives are not permitted to create, manage, or operate any website, social media page, account, or digital platform using the name, logo, or identity of the American International Diploma Institution without prior written approval from the institution. Any unauthorized page or account may result in the suspension or permanent termination of membership or authorization.
