ADI Trainer Rules and Regulations

These regulations apply to every trainer authorized by American Diploma Institute (ADI). By registering or accepting through this platform, the trainer agrees to comply with every article.

01Trainer Rights

From the date of approval by ADI, the trainer is entitled to institutional support, consultation, development and participation in official activities.

02Protection of Reputation

The trainer is responsible for protecting the reputation, trust and public image of ADI inside and outside the institute.

03Professional Ethics

The trainer must maintain professional, respectful and exemplary conduct with students and colleagues.

04Punctuality

Attendance at the scheduled time and starting sessions punctually are mandatory.

05Preparation

The trainer must prepare a lesson plan and appropriate learning materials before every session.

06Confidentiality

Student, employee and institutional records are confidential and must not be disclosed.

07Use of ADI Name and Logo

The ADI name, logo and identity may only be used with written authorization from the institute.

08Intellectual Property

Books, slides, videos and educational materials prepared for ADI are the intellectual property of the institute unless otherwise agreed in writing.

09Equality

All students must be treated equally and without discrimination.

10Student Assessment

Grades and evaluations must be fair and based on clear academic standards.

11Protection of Property

The trainer is responsible for protecting any ADI equipment, property or learning resources entrusted to them.

12Media and Publications

News, photographs or videos published in the name of ADI require management approval.

13Quality Standards

The trainer must comply with international educational and quality standards adopted by ADI.

14Professional Dress

Appropriate and professional clothing is required during training activities.

15Personal Advertising

Advertising another institution, company or personal service during ADI courses is prohibited.

16Student Solicitation

Redirecting ADI students to another institution or private course without ADI approval is a violation.

17Inappropriate Conduct

Conduct contrary to professional ethics or institutional values is prohibited.

18Professional Development

The trainer must continually develop professional knowledge through courses and development programs.

19Contract Compliance

The trainer must comply with all contract terms, policies and official ADI instructions.

20License Revocation

ADI may suspend or revoke the training authorization in the event of a serious violation.

21Protection of Certificates

No official certificate, seal or document may be issued or used without authorization.

22Professional Communication

Communication with students must remain within professional and ethical boundaries.

23Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be addressed through official channels and resolved by ADI management.

24Policy Amendments

ADI may update these regulations at any time, and trainers are bound by the current version.

25Acceptance of Regulations

Signing or accepting these regulations confirms that the trainer has read, understood and agreed to comply with every article.
